Description

The 'Gladiator' steam engine which had lain idle for some years in Whitelegg's Fair yard until it was was bought in 1953 for restoration by the Gladiator Club of Redruth. It was built in 1909 by the Norfolk firm of Charles Burrell. It was at the first steam rally which was held at Louvain Farm in Coombe near Camborne.
