Cornish Pilot Gigs including 'Speculation' built in 1987 by Tom Chudleigh of St Mary's, named after a historic fish cellar in Newquay, 'Rhos' built in 1989, 'Royal' built in 1988 both by Ralph Bird of Devoran and 'Sowenna' built in 1990 by Peter Moore of Mevagissey racing in Carrick Roads near Mylor.
