Cornish Pilot Gigs taking part in the World Pilot Gig Championship on the Isles of Scilly including 'Golden Gear' built in 1998 by Ralph Bird of Devoran, ‘Ralph Bird’ built in 2008 and named after its builder, Ralph Bird of Devoran, 'Energy' built in 1985 by Falmouth Technical College students, 'Cadmus' built in 2003 by Brian Pomeroy of Dartmouth and 'Emperor' built in 2003 by Peter Martin on St Mary’s, Isles of Scilly.
