Cornish Pilot Gigs ‘Treffry’ built in 1838, on which all modern Cornish Pilot Gigs are based, ‘Newquay’ built in 1812, the oldest known Cornish Pilot Gig and 'Dove' built 1820 all by the Peters family of St Mawes, taking part in the ‘Moreland Trophy’ Race at Newquay.
