Cornish Pilot Gigs competing in the World Pilot Gig Championships on the Isles of Scilly including 'Morah' built in 2017 by Dave Currah of Looe, ‘Wolf’ built in 1997 by Andrew Nancarrow of Bissoe, ‘Amazon’ built in 2012 also by Dave Currah, 'Ann Glanville' built in 1990 by Ralph Bird of Devoran, named after a lady born in Saltash in 1796 who was self-proclaimed as 'champion rower of the world', 'Black Rock' built in 2010 again by Dave Currah, 'Spurr' built in 2015 by Peter Williams of Bodinnick, ‘Tregarthens' built in 1999 by Jim and Dave Currah, 'Currah's Pride' built in 2018 again by Dave Currah, 'Kensa' built by Peter Martin of Gweek and 'Polvarth' built in 2007 another by the Currahs.
