Description

David George interviews Maggie Tucker during the World Pilot Gig Championships. She says that she is the ‘Head Chef and Bottle Washer’ for the Championships and has the task of procuring all the food and equipment needed during the event but is glad to hand over to the qualified chefs. When David asks her how many are catered for she says that it is very difficult to quantify but that there are over a thousand breakfasts served and during the weekend over five thousand cups and four thousand plates go out to customers but that there are more than that because not all meals are served on plates.
