Ted talks to Jean Ward about guise dancing and Mrs Elliott recalls how it happened when she was a girl before the the Second World War. Ted talks to Willy Warren and Billy Waters about carol singing and Stanley Cock about the 'Cock Robin' traditions in St Ives. Ted attends a 'Crying the Neck' ceremony, explained by Hugh Miners, President of the Federation of Old Cornwall Societies. Other contributors include Vivian Hosking, William Eslick and Ron Perry.
