Description
Ted Gundry visits Lanreath and Pelynt to find out about the traditions and celebrations surrounding May Day in the area. He talks to Lila and John Facey of Lanreath about the practice of stealing maypoles from neighbouring villages. He also talks with Geoffrey Madaver of Pelynt about the difficulties involved in locating and returning maypoles after they have been stolen.
