Two clay workers were taunted by a crowd on their way home to Mount Charles and police blocked the road at Polkyth Corner. Varied crowd, including policemen with bicycles. This print annotated "The PC in cape is Ex Inspector Hoskin of St. Austell". Shows shop front of The County Stores W. C. & M. V. Phillips Drapers and Outfitters.
