Cornish Pilot Gigs taking part in the World Pilot Gig Championship on the Isles of Scilly including 'Speedwell' built in 2001 by Jim and Dave Currah of Looe, 'Falcon' built in 1998 by Andrew Nancarrow of Bissoe, ‘Fear Not’ built in 1991 by Ralph Bird of Devoran,‘Faith’ built in 2008 by Maurice Hunkin of Fowey, 'Cadmus' built in 2003 by Brian Pomeroy of Dartmouth, ‘Men-A-Vaur’ built in 1981 by Gerald Pearn of Looe, ‘Bolt’ built in 2007 also by Maurice Hunkin and 'Energy' built in 1985 by Falmouth Technical College students.
