Cornish Pilot Gigs at St Mary’s during the World Pilot Gig Championships on the Isles of Scilly including 'Defiance' built in 1992 by Jim and Dave Currah of Looe, ‘Leah C’ built in 2003 by Cawsey and Ford, ‘Pinnacle’ built in 2003 by Andrew Nancarrow of Bissoe, ‘Peveril’ built in 2003 by Steve Keats, ‘Avarack’ built in 2000 also by Andrew Nancarrow and 'Roscarrock' built in 2005 by Peter Williams of Bodinnick.
